This elegant Bomboniere comes with a Wild Orchard candle, a jewelled decorative item and a tulle bag of five white sugar coated almonds. It is finished off with a white and gold ribbed ribbon which can be customised upon request.

PROCESS & PRODUCTION
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for smaller orders and 3 weeks for larger orders for production time for all orders.

Step One: If you have placed an Order with us through our Website, we will review your order and get in contact with you shortly either via Email or your Phone Number. This will be to discuss your Order in more detail and ensure that we have the specific date in which you require your items and any personalisation you need for your Bomboniere.
Step Two: Once your payment has been received, we will send you a draft of the customisation of the Acrylic Tag and/or the finished product of the Bomboniere to ensure it is what you desired and approve of.
Step Three: Once we have received your final approval, production on our side will commence and we will have it completed prior to the date you are required to allow for delivery times if you are based outside of Metro Sydney.
Step Four: Once your order is ready to be dispatched or you have arranged to pick up or have us deliver to you if you are in the Sydney Metro Area, you will receive a notification email from us which will include tracking information if applicable, pick-up instructions or we will discuss a day suitable for us to deliver to you personally!

OUR INFO & POLICIES
Please choose carefully as all items are made to order. Due to the personalised nature of Bomboniere and Custom Gifts for your special occasions unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you would feel more comfortable there is the option of contacting us via Instagram or our Email and through that we will accept a 40% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid prior or on pick up of your items.
Minimum Notice
With us at The Two Greek Girls we require a minimum notice of 2 weeks on smaller orders and 3 weeks on larger orders. In the circumstances in which you need a rush order of 2 weeks, please get in contact with us prior to placing your order in order to discuss if this can be completed.
Amendments and Cancellations of Your Order
Due to the personalised nature of Bomboniere's in most cases we are unable to change or cancel your order. Our items are purchased to order, therefore once your order is confirmed your items will be purchased specifically for you.
Please note that only certain changes and amendments are allowed to be made and include the increasing of the quantities requested and the change of the ribbon colour. This is only if ample notice has been provided to us. In the case that we are able to change your order because we have not yet purchased items, we will endeavour to assist you as much as possible and please contact us. However, due to the personalised nature of bombonieres in many cases, we are unable to change your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that once proofs have been approved there is no way to change personalised items such as our acrylic tags. We will send you a Word Document proof of what your acrylic tag would look like prior to your final approval and upon approval of the wording, the placement and the font no changes can be made. In all cases please feel free to contact us to discuss and we will do our best to assist.
Approved Design Proofs
Design proofs for personalised items such as acrylic tags, paper tags and any other item you are after which requires personalisation are sent to our customers for approval prior to the commencement of production. Please check all information carefully to ensure all details are correct and there are no errors. Once final approval has been confirmed The Two Greek Girls is no longer responsible for any errors that have been approved and rectification costs will apply. In some cases, there may also be a slight delay in your order if items need to be remade. We always strive to do our best for our customers and to be fair and make it affordable for all.

The Two Greek Girls has the right to share photos of both our work and your order for marketing purposes on any which forum we select which is inclusive our Instagram, Facebook and Website. If you are following our social media we also have the right to tag you in these photos unless you have specified otherwise but we will always ask prior to doing this. When purchasing from The Two Greek Girls you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms please send us an email specifically stating that you do not give consent for us to use your order for marketing purposes. All photos on social media are property of The Two Greek Girls, they can be used by our customers but not by other businesses.
